“I started my roofing company in 2016 but I’ve been in that business for 37 years. We primarily roof commercial buildings nationwide but also do residential projects as well,” Bo said.
Johnson Roofing Co. LLC is a residential and commercial roofing company serving the Four-State area and providing new construction roofing, remove and repair, maintenance, leak repair and emergency leak repairs on residential and commercial buildings.
Johnson Roofing Co. is experienced with roofing of all sizes and slopes. No job is too big or small for us. We are seasoned with all roofing materials required for all types and styles of roofing.
We are family owned and operated. Laura Johnson is Office Manager; Son Clint Johnson is Project Manager; Bo Johnson is President.

“We built the track 4 years ago this year and we’ve managed to be quite successful! We host two prestigious races each year: One is an area qualifier for Loretta Lynn’s Ranch and the other is called the Bonnie & Clyde Shootout. We absolutely love the kids coming out and competing from all over the nation, and we’ve had as many as 700 kids in one event!”
4-State Moto Complex includes 60 acres and offers two state-of-the-art motocross tracks. Our tracks feature a 42-man covered starting gate, large enough entry gates to fit an 18-wheeler, plenty of parking for riders and guests, designated wash stations, hot food concession stand, and full bathhouses.
Bo and Laura share the love of the family, community involvement and the joy that 4-State Moto Complex brings to so many families. The entire family will be found on & off the track and are involved with the day to day operations at 4-State Moto Complex.
“Moving to Missouri, also known as ‘God’s Country’, made it possible for me to own my own farm and raise prize cattle with my family always involved in the work and the chores!
“My cattle business is something I started 6 years ago, raising cattle named Beefmaster. We bring cattle to big shows like the Houston Rodeo where we actually won Grand Champion with one of my bulls. That bull went on to win all of North American shows and eventually won reserve world champion.”
